Student Employment Opportunities
Student Role Models
The Student Role Model (SRM) program offers exciting challenges through hands-on activities facilitated by ISU undergraduate students in STEM majors. Through this program, Role Models visit classrooms, community centers, after-school programs, career conferences, and school fairs across the state. Role Models share their experiences about college life, inspire interest, and encourage K-12 students to pursue STEM fields. This is a paid position with great flexibility, allowing students to choose their own hours that fit best with their class schedules.
SRM Program hiring schedule:
- Fall semester applicants, start in the Spring (January)
- Spring semester applicants, start in Summer (May) or Fall (August)
